What is the employer's role in the internship program?
The employer agrees to provide the intern with an opportunity for at least 225 hours of work, to manage and monitor the intern's work, and to complete an evaluation of the intern's work at the end of the internship.

What if I have more than 225 hours of work ?
That is up to you and the intern to come to an agreement on. The intern may choose to continue working on the project, especially if this is a paid internship.

Do I need to do a mid-semester evaluation of the intern's work?
That is up to you. You can use the same form that is used at the end of the internship. This form is downloadable from the "Employer's download forms" section of the website.
