Please be sure all students who will use computers have active FLCC computer accounts. Read About Computer Accounts for details.

If you have software you want students to use in any FLCC computer lab, contact me as soon as possible to arrange for installation.

Faculty can request spreadsheets with their students' e-mail addresses, which can be imported into Outlook e-mail distribution lists. If you would like these lists, send an e-mail request to Kay Carlisi.

If an employee logs on to a computer in a lab or classroom, they must log off before they leave. If the system is inactive for 90 minutes, it will now be "locked". To unlock it, use Ctrl-Alt-Del, then enter your password. If someone else was using the computer when it was locked, you will need to shut it down (hold down the power switch until the computer turns off), and then restart it. Call the Computer Helpdesk at 7419 if you need help. And please remember to turn off every computer at the end of the day, including the one in your office.
