Some mail sent to me at my flcc.edu address is not delivered.
The new Exchange server is using an anti-spam product that blocks mail coming from unrecognized mail servers.  If a sender's home e-mail client is not configured correctly with the correct name of the outbound mail server from their ISP, the spam filter will remove those messages sent inbound to FLCC -  because the spam filter will only allow messages in that are inbound from legitimate ISP mail servers. Have the sender check with their ISP and make sure their client configuration for the ISP's outbound mail server is correct. For more info go to http://www.mail-abuse.org/dul/enduser.htm
